The final lesson is lesson number twelve. So that's the close. We said that it's important that you have a close day because most people make decisions based upon their emotional side of their brain and then try to rationalize it with the right hand side. And it's important that you create this element that this offer is not going to be around forever, that there's going to be scarcity and a deadline attached to the close date. And then you start reminding them daily through the email sequence of the closed down period happening. So it's really important that you do close down. When you've closed, it’s important that you reviewed the data and have gone through how you could improve again.
The important thing also is customer service for the members who've joined your program. You've done the hard work. They've seen the value in what it is you've provided. They've taken out their credit card and they've paid. Now, it's really important that it flips back to you and you actually dive in and you provide that wow customer service immediately from the time that they purchased. Then finally, the decision in terms of your next steps. Do you want to develop out this one course or do you want to start thinking about developing a business? Because if you do want to develop a business, then it will be about getting plans at for your next program and your next course launch and starting to go through that cycle again.
